When I go to add the SIB in the app I can't see anything but white screens

Hi Bluehens,

Thank you for your detailed report and screenshots.  I have forwarded your report to our development team.  They will prioritise an IOS update for this matter.  It appears to be a layout error for your screen size or IOS version.

We will update you here when the app update is available, as well as post in the SiMP Release board of this forum.

I noticed this too - but then for some reason, it seemed to "just start working" - kinda like the assets had been downloaded or something?

Also, I noticed that if you had Dark Mode on (in iOS Settings), then it changes text to white, but this then meant the text was effectively invisible in the app as a result. Last night, I had to turn off automatic dark mode on my iPhone Max XS and turn dark mode off to be able to see everything in the app.

I suspect this is what is happening to you as well because your second screenshot looks like it has dark mode enabled due to the black form fields.

Thank you for the SS's and for the excellent guess on the reason of the problem. I just reported that to our engineer and he confirmed that's the issue and its in the queue to patch for the next update release.

Hi!

We are pleased to announce that our IOS app has been updated.  You can read the details at https://www.sib.me/forum/index.cgi?num=1584125575

Amongst others, Dark Mode is now supported.
Dark mode is applied to all views /except/ the SiB program selection menu, as that is currently sharing assets with our Android version.  However, you should be able to see all text, prompts and inputs on all views in the latest version.  Check it out!
